UNO Young Alumni Academy Class of 2023 Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Young Alumni Academy Class of 2023!

Founded in 2010, the UNO Young Alumni Academy is an eight-month professional development program designed for alumni 35 and younger. More than 400 alumni have completed the academy. The award-winning program is free for participants.

Members of the UNO Young Alumni Academy will:

• Experience unique networking opportunities
• Develop stronger connections to each other and with UNO
• Meet University and University of Nebraska Foundation leaders
• Hone leadership and professional development skills
• Learn more about the UNO Alumni Association’s programs and benefits
• Have an opportunity to take the CliftonStrengths Assessment and engage with a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach
• Discover how to become engaged with the future of UNO

2022–2023 UNO Young Alumni Academy Sessions
Sessions are held 6:00–8:00 p.m. at locations on and off campus.

September 15, 2022 – UNO Young Alumni Academy Class of 2023 Social
October 13, 2022 – Welcome and Orientation
November 3, 2022 – A Night with the Deans
December 6, 2022 – The U Behind the O 
January 12, 2023 – A Night with the Chancellor
February 2023 (date TBD) – UNO Athletics
March 9, 2023 – University of Nebraska Foundation/UNO Executive Leadership
April 6, 2023 – UNO Young Alumni Academy Class of 2023 Graduation

Young Alumni Academy members are required to attend all sessions.
