They repeat the feat the following year, this time incorporating 1,300 singers and assisted by the Bach Quarter of Chicago. Fox Movietone of Chicago sent a sound unit to make "sound pictures" of a few of the choruses. It was thought to be the largest "Messiah" Chorus in the country.
